The Burlington Room at Sevenoaks Almshouses (pictured left) is available to Sevenoaks and Weald residents. There is a basic kitchen, and tea and coffee making facilities. There are regular parties and social events held here, and it is also available for residents' private parties.

As well as the events that are held in the Burlington Room, the residents enjoy occasional outings. Previous trips have included: Buckingham Palace, The London Eye, a bluebell outing and a day at Brighton.
